You’ll also become deficient in potassium, with similar symptoms.

Both of these minerals support you to feel relaxed and calm, as well as allowing your muscles to relax and not cramp.

You go on keto, and you get leg cramps.

Simply cut back on your salt to make your cramps go away.

If you’re not consuming enough greens but lots of salt, simply increase your greens.

Use sea salt not regular table salt.

Lastly, it could be that your blood pH is off.

Add apple cider vinegar to your water.
